The Path to Balance
Life Coaching
Let's talk human-to-human. Figuring life out is a journey that starts with you. My approach at A Balance Together integrates mindful awareness with evidence-based techniques to help you navigate life's transitions with grace and intentionality. I move at your pace and take an approach that is unique to you! Having support is for everyone; your emotions matter, your personal journey matters. These are life coaching services, not clinical interventions or diagnostic services. Just some human-to-human guidance. If you need mental health services, I am happy to provide resources!
Vocational Services For Individuals with Disabilities
I provide specialized vocational services to individuals with disabilities, such as vocational evaluations and job coaching. By identifying your unique strengths, we work together to foster confidence and build interview, communication, and emotional regulation skills you can use both in and out of the workplace.
Independent Contractor Counselor
I offer collaborative independent contractor counseling services within private or group practice settings as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), licensed in the state of Florida. I maintain my own clinical supervisor and am also open to receiving supervision through your practice, if available. I value professionalism, ethical practice, and understand that each organization has its own policies and procedures, which I am fully committed to following in order to provide high-quality, client-centered care. I look forward to connecting.
Meet Your Coach
Natalie Reyes CRC RMHCI
Hi, I’m Natalie (she/her). I earned my master’s degree in Counselor Education from FIU. I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) working under the supervision of Dr. Robert Rosenson. I have one year of experience (and growing) in the mental health field, and eight years of experience providing vocational services to people with physical, intellectual, and mental disabilities/barriers.
When it comes to life coaching and vocational services, I take a personalized, strengths-based approach. Our work together is educational and motivational, reflective, focused on growth, practical tools, and moving forward at a pace that feels right for you. Coaching sessions are centered around helping you plan and be accountable for taking steps toward your goals.
