Life Coaching Single Session

Life coaching consists of one-hour sessions focused on goal-setting, personal development, and accountability. Coaching may include support with establishing routines, building motivation, clarifying priorities, and creating action plans to reach personal goals or milestones.

Life coaching is an educational and motivational service. It does not include psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions. Clients seeking therapy or clinical services will be provided referral resources as needed.

A comprehensive report that analyzes client data using vocational evaluation methods to help individuals identify realistic and meaningful employment goals based on their interests, abilities, and motivation.

Services include instruction and support in interview skills, job search techniques, resume creation, networking, digital interview etiquette, and professional presentation. Additional focus areas include educational resource navigation, disability disclosure and accommodation strategies, and workplace self-advocacy. All services are tailored to the client’s unique attributes, vocational goals, and functional needs.

Independent Contactor Clinician

This service is only for private practice and group owners/clinical directors. Reach out to inqure about contacting me for independent contractor work within your practice. I am a registered RMHCI and have my own clinical supervisor. I work in compliance with your in-house policies and procedures.
